About Matchlab
Every building professional knows the problem: a construction that looks fine on the drawing can quietly accumulate moisture for years. Proving that a wall, roof or floor build-up is moisture-safe means working through dew point calculations — layer by layer, month by month — and documenting the result.
For decades that work has lived in home-grown spreadsheets: error-prone, hard to review, and different in every office. Matchlab was built to replace them with a single, dependable tool.
Matchlab models constructions layer by layer, combines them with a curated materials database and reference year climate data, runs the condensation analysis instantly, and exports a report you can hand to a client or a building authority without apology.
The product is built in Denmark, where the climate makes condensation analysis a routine part of construction design, and is used by engineers, architects and energy consultants who need answers they can stand behind.
What we believe
- Physics first. The calculation methods are standard and transparent — no black boxes.
- Data you can trust. One maintained materials database beats a hundred private spreadsheets.
- Documentation is the product. An analysis that can't be handed over isn't finished.
